It’s a fun summer Fruit salsa. And it’s good for scooping up in tortilla chips or serving as a side salad.
There is a great combination of fruits for this easy fruit salsa recipe. Combine chopped fresh mango, blueberries, raspberries and kiwi to make a nice bowl of fruit. Consider using other fruits in this salsa as well. Imagine blackberries, watermelon or nectarine! It’s the perfect summer bowl of beauty.
To make this fruit salsa extra special, we added a simple honey lime vinaigrette to mix with the fruit. Without it, it’s just a pretty fruit salad. The honey lime vinaigrette adds a sweet element to it. Honey and lime balance each other with sweetness and acidity. It is a good combination to add to the fruit.
Prepare this salsa up to a day in advance. Allow flavors to melt and mix before serving. Simply wrap the bowl in plastic wrap and refrigerate to help keep the fruit fresh.
What do you serve with the fruit salsa?
- It’s amazing with tortilla chips. Buy your favorite tortilla chips and dip them, just like you would regular salsa.
- Use fruit salsa to garnish grilled seafood or grilled chicken for the perfect summer meal.
- Serve it as a side salad.
Try serving this salsa with my grilled chicken marinated in balsamic and mango or Grilled swordfish. It’s also a great accompaniment to grilled marinated shrimp or classic burgers and hot dogs. People love to have access to a healthy side dish at a barbecue, so this recipe will be greatly appreciated. Enjoy!
